How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in applying to one of our English language programs offered through the American Language and Culture Institute at Salem State University!

Instructions for Local Applicants Instructions for Student Visa Applicants
  1. Prepare a copy of a photo identification card
  2. Complete the Application Questionnaire below
  3. No additional documentation necessary

  1. Prepare a copy of the Certification of Finances Form
  2. Prepare a copy of your financial statement (all statements must be on bank letterhead and include:
    • account holder name
    • type of account (e.g. checking, savings, deposit, etc.)
    • account balance
    • date of issuance (within six months, preferably more recent)
  3. Prepare a copy of the biographical section of your passport
  4. Complete the Application Questionnaire below and upload the documents above
